Sanger Signs Deal with the WBC

For the first time in barefoot history a boat company has signed up to support Barefooting and we all need to support them Back. We could be raising up to 15 to 20 thousand USD a year ! and it all goes straight back into the Barefoot Family. It's all based on sales actively like any rewards program does
With this kind of program there is a fair chance that we will see Sanger pull the EMAE worlds and a 100% the following PAMAM Worlds and it goes like this:
1.1 Purpose of this agreement is to Support the sale and Promotion of the Sanger DXII, Sanger Outboard, Sanger DLX and Sanger V210 Barefoot Editions, boat) to the benefit of both the Manufacture of the barefoot specific boats and the barefoot community worldwide.
1.2 Sanger Boats, distributers of Sanger Boats worldwide, agrees to deposit in a nominated WBC Checking account $1000USD for every barefoot boat sold by Barefoot Central , Direct Factory Sale, Retail and Promo sales. (all sales - excluding dealer sales)
1.3 The WBC will administer the fund with the sole purpose of the barefoot boat being used as the exclusive Tow Boat at a World Barefoot Champions during the term of the contract.
1.4 The accredited IWSF Federation that holds the World Barefoot Champions will receive the following funding from the WBC Sanger account under the below listed conditions:
1.4.1 The Sanger Barefoot Boat is the exclusive towboat for the entre duration of the World Championships.
1.4.2 Full signage and Media endorsement before and during the event
1.4.3 Boats to be in New or Fully maintained second hand condition before and during the event.
1.5 Federation to receive a Maximum of 20,000 USD â?" dependant on the number of boats sold between the World Championships, and the current amount in the WBC Sanger account.
1.6 Payment of said monies well be credited in two installments. 50% will be paid 60 days prior to the start of the World Championships, and the balance after the completion of the event to ensure the obligations of the federation are met.
1.7 Should payment have to be held back, then the moneys will be held in the WBC Sanger Account until the next World Champions is held and payment forward will occur should all conditions of this agreement are met.
1.8 This contract to be in force until December 31, 2014 or after the completion of 3 World Championships.
1.9 Should this contract not be renewed any monies left in the WBC Sanger account will be used for an event that is mutually agreeable to Sanger and the Chairman of the WBC for the intended purpose - Promoting Sanger Boats while benefiting the Global Barefoot Community in some way returned in full to Sanger Boats.
A nominated representative from Sanger to be funded for Travel and Hotel Accommodations by a value of 20% of the total in the fund to a maximum of 2000 USD.
